0. General
This shop is not fully automated we still prefer to do some things manually
like checking every order and preparing the proforma invoice.
We think that we can act more flexible on the demands of our customers.
So it might take one or two days before you will get the invoice because it
will not be generated by the shop system.
If you have questions or missed to order something just contact us by email.

1. Price information
For all orders from countries that belong to the European community all prices
have to include the German VAT of 19%.
We are only allowed to ship VAT-free to companies within the European
Union that can provide us with a valid European VAT-ID.
Orders from countries not belonging to the European Union will be
VAT-free but VAT/customs has to handled and eventuelly be paied by the
customer - we will not be responsible for local customs and tax duties.

2. Payment
We deliver only against up-front payment
Please do not forget to mention in your order how you would like to pay.
Payment is possible by Paypal or direct money wire (direct bank transfer).
At the moment we are note able to accept any credit card.
Please note that the customer has to take all money transfer costs.
Therefore we have to charge you a 5% paypal fee which is the fee paypal
charges us for receiving money from an account outside of Germany.
You will get a proforma invoice that includes the shipping cost and the
paypal fee in about 1-2 days after we have received and checked your order.
In case there will be delivery problems we will also inform you.

2. Shipping Information
We try to ship as cheap and secure as possible.
Shipping costs are depending on the width and size of a parcel.
If possible we prefer shipping as registered letter, especial for countries
outside Europe and Switzerland.
Shipping as registered letter for example is possible for:
- 2-3 Openpgp cards
- SCR335 card reader
- 2 Openpgp cards + 1 SCR335 card reader
- 1-2 Mugs
- 1-3 T-Shirts
- 1-2 Soft animals
- small amounts of pins, stickers etc..
In General: All Orders with value below about 30,00EUR.
Otherwise we use a parcel service, usually DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst).

If shipping to a country with DPD is cheaper than shipping as a registered letter
we choose DPD.

3. Delivery time
We ship your order normally in about 1-2 days after we have received your payment.
You will get an email when your order has been shipped.
Shipping time is about 2-7 working days.
We can email you the tracking number to you.

4. Returns and damages
After receiving your order please check it as soon as possible.
Inform us if something is missing.
In case there is a damage we would like you to take a photo of the parcel and the things that are broken.
